How can I place a Cash on Delivery order?
Add your preferred products to the cart and proceed to checkout. If COD is available for your order, select Cash on Delivery as your payment method and complete the order.
When do I pay for a COD order?
For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is made when your order is delivered by the delivery person or courier.
Can I track my COD order?
Yes. You can track your order using the Order ID and Billing Email through the ThaiMall.xyz Order Tracking page.
Can I cancel a COD order?
Order cancellation may depend on the current processing status of your order. If you need to cancel an order, please contact Customer Care as soon as possible.
How much do I need to pay when the order arrives?
You should pay the applicable order amount shown during checkout or order confirmation, including applicable shipping or other charges.
If the amount requested by the delivery person does not match your confirmed order total, please contact ThaiMall.xyz Customer Care.
What if my COD order arrives damaged?
Please contact Customer Care as soon as possible with your Order ID and details of the issue.
You may also be asked to provide photographs of the product or packaging to help us investigate.
What if I receive the wrong product?
Please contact Customer Care with your Order ID and explain the issue. If necessary, attach clear images of the received product.
